Online Pre-Registration

Both returning press members and those requesting a new press pass should complete the form below. We will mail press passes in advance of Market to those who have completed the form and are approved. Media who have previously attended will no longer be automatically pre-registered.

If you do not pre-register or misplace your mailed pass, plan to visit MediaLink upon arrival to receive your pass. Please present a photo ID, business card, and copy of your publication’s masthead with your name listed or a letter from the editor verifying your reporting assignment or editorial position. If you have previously received a press pass, a business card and photo ID will suffice. Press passes can only be picked up in MediaLink, located on the second floor of the High Point Theatre at the Transportation Terminal.

Press Registration

Press passes are available to writers, bloggers, reporters, editors, and broadcasters who are covering the High Point Market. When you pick up your press pass at Market, please present a business card or copy of your publication’s masthead verifying your reporting assignment or editorial position. Freelance writers must bring an original letter on the company’s letterhead from the editor who has assigned you to cover Market.

Press passes are only distributed at the High Point Market MediaLink, on the second floor of the High Point Theatre (in the Transportation Center).

NOTE: Marketing, PR personnel, advertising and consultants providing services to High Point Market exhibitors may apply for an Industry pass.
